Capture the mind and the body will follow…….
Those words are so true, and one of the ways you learn to be a good devoted servant is training your mind.
It seems the best way for you to learn is repetitive actions.
Doing a task on repeat, or reciting the things you need to absorb helps you to become a better sub/slave.
Reciting a mantra daily keeps your focus where it should be, on Me. For some it must be twice a day!
In case you are not aware of what a mantra is,
Simple Definition of mantra
: a sound, word, or phrase that is repeated by someone who is praying or meditating
: a word or phrase that is repeated often or that expresses someone’s basic beliefs
A basic mantra to recite when serving me is,
I worship the living Goddess, Mistress V.
She gives my life meaning
She gives my life a purpose.
My life is devoted to serving her and making Her life better.
She makes me a better person.

Another tool in my bag of tricks is a trigger.
For some the triggers are a secret, only I am aware of what will set things in motion in their head. A personal trigger if you will, not one that applies to everyone.
An example of one of My “universal” triggers is in fact, The Color Purple. The very topic I wrote about in My last blog post!
It was not ever meant to be a trigger, but I love it so, and they learn it, wear it, see it, hear about it, and it sticks.
When they see anything purple, BAM there I am. Right boys? [smiles]
Like a jolt, you know I am always right there, on your shoulder, and hidden in the back of your mind.
When you least expect it, I am loud, and in your head, whispering the things you should remember and be reminded of.
When the triggers go off, the mantras should be repeated.
If I have chosen a specific Mantra for you, use it, otherwise just use the one I have written here!
Of course I do alter them if I have another goal in mind for you.

Mr. Spock had to use the Vulcan mind meld to get into someone’s head, not so with Ms. V she is always in one’s head.
Now since I’ve not been able to see my one and only mistress, we knew this would be the case, for a couple of months (an eternity in sub years), she gave me a task to do each day. Kneel and edge twice per day and say the mantra that she gave me. I do this religiously each and every day, without fail, I look forward to the times that I can think of her, close my eyes and hear her voice, reciting my mantra and feel oh so close to her.
I count down the days that I will be back in Phoenix and able to be with her in person. In the mean time I edge, wear my pearls, put on my panties and think of her each time I edge and each time I see purple, each time I touch my penis for whatever reason, each time I draw a breath … I think of her.
I’m burning; still yearning like no one will ever know. My eyes are filled with tears my lips are dry … I’m burning, still yearning … the fire is burning bright deep within my soul. I’m burning, still yearning and can’t wait to get back to her. I dream of her in the mystic garden, not talking, just walking and waiting till the summer’s end.

Ms V and purple. It’s more than just a trigger, it’s a compete association, almost definitional, even deserving a separate line in the dictionary under purple, something like: “the color by which Ms V is universally known”..
Mistress does indeed get into your mind & mess with it. You find you want her attention… You want to please.
I do have a mantra & use it daily. I look forward to be able to worship her again in person as soon as possible.
